Jacky joined Priory in 2018 and brings a wealth of experience working with individual outpatients at The Lodge, as well as leading therapeutic groups at Highlands. She creates a safe, confidential, and compassionate space for people to explore personal challenges and heal.
Jacky combines insight, professionalism, and empathy in every session. While working collaboratively, she empowers clients to understand their emotional patterns and encourages growth through active, goal-oriented therapy. She supports clients through a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, anger management, low self-esteem, and personality disorders.
Jacky is a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling Practice (BACP). She is also a member of the United Kingdom Association for Transactional Analysis (UKATA). Her educational background includes a BSc (Hons) from the London School of Economics and extensive post-graduate training in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy at the Wealden Institute of Psychology.
In addition, Jacky has completed training in:

Emotional wellbeing and safeguarding
This comprehensive training enables her to adapt her approach to meet a wide variety of needs.
Jacky integrates several modalities into her practice. She draws from Transactional Analysis, CBT, humanistic, integrative, and relational theories. This diverse toolbox allows her to work flexibly and tailor sessions to each client’s unique experience. She also incorporates body psychotherapy when appropriate, addressing the mind-body connection holistically.
Her therapeutic values are rooted in mutuality, empathy, and deep respect. Through these principles, Jacky fosters a trusting relationship in which clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to create change.
Jacky has extensive experience in both public and private sectors. She has worked in the NHS, schools, clinical practices, and charitable organisations. This background enriches her understanding of complex emotional needs and systemic challenges.
She provides both short- and long-term psychotherapy depending on client goals. Whether someone seeks support through a short-term crisis or deeper long-term healing, she adapts her style to fit the client’s pace and needs.
Jacky is particularly passionate about group therapy. She has designed and led groups for both children and adults in a variety of contexts. She also brings neuroscience into her work, offering clients a deeper understanding of how their brains respond to trauma, stress, and emotional triggers.
By combining psychological science with human connection, Jacky helps clients move from surviving to thriving.
