I am Jamie Fearn, a professional counsellor offering a unique approach to therapy in Liverpool. My practice combines traditional counselling techniques with the innovative Hakomi Method. My work is informed by both my counselling training and my studies in Hakomi, a body-centred psychotherapy that helps clients explore unconscious patterns and beliefs.
Counselling, in my approach, is about working with what is conscious. It’s about being with you as you explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences in a compassionate, non-judgemental space. I work alongside you to help make sense of what’s happening in your life, allowing you to express yourself freely and without fear of judgement. In addition to my counselling work, I offer Hakomi therapy. Hakomi is a body-based and experiential form of therapy that explores the unconscious, helping you uncover hidden patterns and emotions that influence your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. The process can be experimental and playful, yet deeply nourishing. By working with both the mind and the body, Hakomi creates space for transformation and healing.
