About

My name is Jenna-May Kaschula, and I am a Registered Counsellor and Certified Health Coach with a passion for working holistically with my clients. My work focuses on the integration of body, mind and soul, as I believe true growth and transformation are only possible when all aspects of the self are nurtured and aligned.

While I bring my professional training, knowledge and experience to every session, I firmly believe that each person is the expert of their own life. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to guide, support and empower you in uncovering your own solutions, strengths and personal direction.

I adopt a collaborative and solution-focused approach, creating a therapeutic partnership where clients feel heard, valued and encouraged to take ownership of their journey. In addition to my counselling work, I also offer Health Coaching, which complements the emotional and psychological aspects of therapy by focusing on physical health and sustainable lifestyle change.
