Jenny Phillips is a Titled Continence & Women’s Health Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience, a qualified Pilates instructor, and a mum of two (who are now taller than her!). She is deeply passionate about all aspects of women’s health and enjoys supporting women through every stage of their lives.
Jenny’s interest in women’s health began at university but truly blossomed after having her own children in 2004 and 2006. Since then, she has dedicated herself to specialising in this field, achieving the prestigious “Titled Continence & Women’s Health Physiotherapist” status in 2016 through the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA). This title reflects her advanced skills and commitment to excellence in women’s health care.
Jenny has extensive experience treating a broad range of women’s health issues including incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and pre- and postnatal conditions. She finds great joy in helping women regain their health and confidence so they can enjoy life fully — from socialising to exercising and intimate relationships.
With over 15 years teaching Pilates and developing tailored exercise programs, Jenny loves guiding women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond. This journey with her clients inspired the name of her business, celebrating the full cycle of life.
