Jill brings special insight into working with gender-based and honour-based violence, as well as adverse childhood experiences. These complex and sensitive topics require compassion and understanding. With her guidance, many individuals have found meaningful progress and recovery. Jill uses a person-centred counselling style at the core of her practice. However, she also blends in proven methods from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. This integrative approach ensures that therapy is tailored to each person’s unique needs. As a result, clients experience deeper self-awareness, emotional clarity, and growth.
Jill holds an MSc in Forensic Psychology and Mental Health from Coventry University.
