Jodi Allen Psychotherapist London brings nearly 20 years of experience to the mental health field, offering a compassionate and effective therapeutic approach. Currently practicing at the Priory within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), Jodi holds a master’s degree in art therapy and several specialised diplomas in CBT and REBT. She combines psychodynamic methods, trauma-informed care, and creative therapies to provide deeply personalised support.
Her integrative method ensures each client receives tailored care, drawing from multiple evidence-based frameworks. Through this flexible model, Jodi builds strong therapeutic relationships that encourage growth and resilience.
Jodi’s training spans complex trauma, play therapy, and dyadic parent-child therapy. She specialises in helping clients with adverse childhood experiences, autism, ADHD, and behavioural issues. Her work empowers clients to understand and manage emotions while giving parents tools for practical support. Moreover, Jodi uses both creative and cognitive techniques, ensuring sessions remain engaging and effective.
She is dedicated to reducing distress through a direct, structured, and empathetic approach. Each session supports progress through insight, creative expression, and practical strategies.
