Joscelyn Raven Psychotherapist Oxford offers a safe and confidential space for adults to explore emotional challenges. From the very first session, the goal is to build a strong and supportive therapeutic relationship. This connection forms the foundation for meaningful progress and personal growth.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy remains at the heart of Joscelyn’s approach. Through this method, individuals explore past experiences, relationships, fears, and internal conflicts. As these patterns come to light, patients gain clarity and feel empowered to break free from cycles of frustration, emptiness, or feeling stuck. This work fosters long-term emotional change, not just symptom relief.
Joscelyn provides tailored support for those experiencing anxiety, depression, and complex relationship difficulties. Whether someone is struggling to form new connections or maintain existing ones, Joscelyn offers practical insights and therapeutic tools to help.
Importantly, therapy with Joscelyn is never one-size-fits-all. Although she is psychodynamically trained, she integrates a range of therapeutic approaches to suit the unique circumstances of every individual. This personalised blend encourages deeper reflection and supports lasting emotional resilience.
Since 2021, Joscelyn Raven Psychotherapist Oxford has worked at the Priory as a sessional psychotherapist. Before joining the Priory, she practiced within the NHS. Her extensive clinical experience allows her to address a wide range of psychological conditions with sensitivity and depth.
