Services Offered

Emotional Health and Self-Regulation Training

In her current role, Jovious helps EmotionAid promote mental health awareness. She supports the distribution of the EmotionAid toolkit, which offers simple but effective methods for managing stress, burnout, and trauma. This toolkit is designed for professionals, schools, and organisations to use as a tool for self-regulation.

By teaching others how to apply these techniques, Jovious empowers them to handle stress and improve their mental health. This approach allows individuals to stay in control of their emotions even in difficult situations.

Community Outreach and Training

Jovious also works on the community outreach programme at EmotionAid. She plays a key role in organising workshops and training sessions. These initiatives aim to make mental health resources widely available. By reaching out to schools and local organisations, Jovious helps integrate these tools into everyday life, allowing people to cope with challenges effectively.

Her role in these projects ensures that both individuals and organisations gain the skills they need to manage their emotional health.
