He graduated with a degree in Cardiovascular Technology from the Fortis Institute of Medical Science in Bangalore, India, in October 2016. His dedication to the field is evident in his continuous development of skills, ensuring the best care for patients.
After graduating, Joyal Joy Cardiac Physiologist Edinburgh started his career at Manipal Hospitals, one of South India’s largest multi-specialty hospital networks. In this setting, he gained critical experience. He worked with various diagnostic tools, further enhancing his understanding of cardiac conditions. His time at Manipal Hospitals allowed him to build a strong foundation in intervention and device technology.
In November 2017, Joyal moved to the UK and joined Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Since then, he has been an integral part of the Cardiac Physiology team. Over the years, Joyal has continuously expanded his expertise. He now serves as the Chief Cardiac Physiologist and Echocardiographer. His role involves conducting diagnostic tests and ensuring the accuracy of results. In particular, Joyal has a special interest in Echocardiography Imaging, where he excels in providing detailed insights for patient care.
Joyal’s educational background laid the foundation for his successful career. He completed his BSc in Cardiovascular Technology at the Fortis Institute of Medical Science in Bangalore, India, from 2012 to 2016. His academic journey was focused on cardiac diagnostics, helping him develop a solid understanding of clinical and medical sciences. This knowledge continues to influence his work today.
