Karen Van Esveld Clinical Nutritionist Sydney brings a unique blend of design, fitness, and nutrition to every consultation. Based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Karen is an Accredited Clinical Nutritionist committed to helping individuals and families thrive. Her passion for health and movement started early and has only grown stronger over the years.
Karen’s journey began in the world of design. After completing a Bachelor of Design, she worked with top-tier design and advertising agencies in both Sydney and Hong Kong. Yet, even while building a successful design career, her love for health and fitness remained at the forefront.
She transitioned to Pilates, completing over 600 hours of training through the Polestar Method. This included intensive study in Mat, Reformer, and Studio Pilates. Over the past eight years, she has continued to deepen her practice by studying Classical Pilates, always aiming to provide holistic support to her clients.
Growing up with athletic brothers sparked Karen’s deep interest in nutrition. This passion led her to pursue a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine, where she achieved a High Distinction average. Now, she uses this scientific foundation to empower others on their health journeys.
Karen’s unique path from physical movement to clinical nutrition allows her to guide clients with a comprehensive, real-world perspective. She doesn’t just understand the science—she lives it.
