Kathy Zhou, also known as Yiqin, is a certified Pilates instructor passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies and lives. She holds a Diploma in Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology and is a registered Pilates Practitioner with the Pilates Association of Australia (PAA).
