Our Treatments

Musculoskeletal and Sports Rehabilitation

We help patients recover from joint pain, back pain, sports injuries, and movement dysfunctions. Treatments include hands-on therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and mobility training to restore strength and prevent future injuries.

The Perrin Technique for ME/CFS and Long COVID

We offer specialised treatment for Myalgia Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) and Long COVID. Symptoms can include persistent fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, headaches, and disturbed sleep patterns.

Our treatment approach includes:

  • The Perrin Technique: A combination of lymphatic drainage, spinal mobilisation, and cranio-sacral therapy to reduce inflammation and improve circulation.
  • Holistic Lifestyle Support: Pacing techniques, anti-inflammatory dietary advice, stress management, breathing exercises, and counselling support.
  • Supplementation: Targeting inflammation, energy production, and immune function to promote recovery.

Sinus and Headache Therapy

If you suffer from recurring sinus infections, headaches, or migraines, we offer specialised therapy that includes manual drainage techniques, pressure relief therapy, and posture correction to reduce symptoms and improve overall well-being.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy & Visceral Release

A gentle hands-on technique that promotes nervous system regulation, stress relief, and pain management. This therapy is particularly effective for chronic pain, migraines, TMJ disorders, and postural dysfunctions.

TMJ (Jaw) Rehabilitation

We provide targeted treatment for jaw pain, clicking, and movement restriction. Our approach includes joint mobilisation, soft tissue therapy, and corrective exercises to restore function and relieve discomfort.

Respiratory Physiotherapy

We offer lung and breathing therapy for patients with respiratory conditions. Treatment includes airway clearance techniques, breathing exercises, and postural education to enhance lung function and recovery.

Rehabilitation for the Elderly

Maintaining mobility and independence is essential as we age. We provide gentle rehabilitation and strength training to help improve balance, prevent falls, and enhance overall mobility.
