Jenny is a highly experienced physiotherapist based in Inverness, providing expert care through Keys Physiotherapy and Fusion Physiotherapy. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from The Robert Gordon University in 2005, following an honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Glasgow. Jenny is a fully qualified member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
With over 15 years of professional experience, Jenny has spent five years working within the NHS in Glasgow and ten years in the private sector. She specialises in treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries, offering thorough musculoskeletal and biomechanical assessments. Jenny designs individualised and sport-specific treatment and rehabilitation plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
Throughout her career, Jenny has gained extensive experience working with elite athletes and sporting organisations. She provided physiotherapy services at the London Olympics and World Badminton Championships. She also supported the SportScotland Institute of Sport and worked with national teams and performance programmes across rugby, hockey, and other sports. Jenny has experience treating athletes from a wide range of disciplines, including golf, swimming, cycling, curling, running, triathlon, and squash.
Having been a competitive swimmer for 13 years, Jenny holds a particular interest in swimming injuries and their prevention. Since moving to the Highlands four years ago with her young family, she has resumed her own active lifestyle, enjoying running, cycling, and gym training. She has completed the Highland Cross twice and aims to compete in another triathlon in the future.
