Hello, I’m Kathryn. I’m a therapist with over 18 years of experience. My journey into self-awareness began when I went through the adoption process to become a mother. During this time, I struggled with infertility and loss, which caused emotional pain and anxiety.
The adoption process brought up unresolved personal issues. As a result, I sought therapy, which helped me cope with my emotions. Therapy allowed me to set healthier boundaries and make better choices in my life. This experience inspired me to become a counsellor, as I understand the power of therapy in healing.
My own transformation has shaped my approach to therapy. I am passionate about helping others overcome their emotional struggles and trauma, so they too can heal and grow.
