About Dr. OT Mngqibisa

Dr. OT Mngqibisa, founder of Kumanz’obom Ministries, is a dedicated Marriage Counsellor, Theologian, and Preaching Mentor based in East London, South Africa. Born and raised in Tsomo and Port Elizabeth, Dr. Mngqibisa’s humble beginnings led him to become a passionate advocate for spiritual growth and marital support.

After experiencing a deep sense of aimlessness in his youth, Dr. Mngqibisa’s life took a transformative turn when he was unexpectedly selected to study theology at one of South Africa’s leading Christian colleges. He went on to complete a Master of Arts in Religion, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctorate in Theology, which equipped him with the skills and knowledge to spread a message of hope and healing to those in need.

As a theology lecturer, author, radio preacher, and speaker, Dr. Mngqibisa has impacted many lives. His teachings, books, and sermons have helped individuals discover their calling in ministry, with many going on to become pastors, elders, counsellors, and leaders in their communities. He lives by the philosophy of General Douglas MacArthur, which states, “Be ashamed to die until you have done something for humanity.” This serves as the driving force behind his ministry.
