About Us

Life Cycle Physiotherapy is led by Jenny Phillips, a Titled Continence & Women’s Health Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience. Based in Adelaide, Life Cycle Physiotherapy focuses on supporting women through all stages of life—helping them move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their bodies. From early motherhood to menopause and beyond, Jenny works closely with each woman to provide expert care, guidance, and personalised treatment.

Jenny is not only an experienced physiotherapist, but also a qualified Pilates instructor and mother of two. Her personal and professional journey has shaped a practice that deeply values trust, compassion, and holistic health. The name “Life Cycle” reflects Jenny’s passion for walking alongside women throughout the many phases of their lives—from pregnancy and recovery to long-term health and fitness.

Additional Information

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy with First Class Honours from the University of South Australia (1998). She has worked both in Australia and the UK, and in 2016 she was awarded the prestigious title of Continence & Women’s Health Physiotherapist by the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).

She is also a qualified APPI Pilates Instructor and Clinical Educator, a PINC Cancer Rehabilitation Physiotherapist, and an active member of several professional bodies including:

  • APA (Deputy Chair, Women’s, Men’s and Pelvic Health Group)

  • International Uro-Gynaecology Association (IUGA)

  • Continence Foundation of Australia

Jenny also teaches and lectures regularly, sharing her knowledge with other professionals and students.
