Lisa Osmond is a highly experienced physiotherapist who offers effective, personalised care for people dealing with a variety of musculoskeletal and women’s health issues. With over two decades of clinical practice, she brings both depth of knowledge and a warm, supportive approach to her work. Lisa sees clients at our Glenelg clinic, where she offers tailored physiotherapy treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation.
Lisa treats a wide range of conditions involving muscles, joints, and bones. These include common concerns such as neck and back pain, tendon injuries, and osteoarthritis. She also has a special interest in women’s health, helping clients manage pregnancy-related issues and conditions that can arise during and after menopause.
Her treatment style combines hands-on therapy, targeted exercise, and clinical Pilates, with the option of acupuncture when appropriate. Lisa is passionate about helping clients not only recover from injury or discomfort, but also meet their personal goals – whether that means returning to work, sport, or daily life with greater ease and confidence.
Lisa offers an integrated range of physiotherapy services designed to support movement, reduce pain, and promote long-term wellbeing.
