Little Hearts Play Therapy is led by Esmari le Roux, a qualified therapeutic play practitioner and social worker. Esmari obtained her B. Social Work degree from Stellenbosch University and later expanded her expertise by studying Play Therapy through Play Therapy International, accredited by Beckett Leeds University in the UK. With a strong passion for children’s mental wellbeing, Esmari has worked in various settings, witnessing firsthand the importance of supporting young minds. She is committed to helping children develop a positive and strong mindset as they navigate life’s challenges.
