Lorna Scott is an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. She qualified from the Derby School of Occupational Therapy with a DIPCot in Occupational Therapy. Since beginning her career in 1989, Lorna has developed extensive expertise in stroke rehabilitation, traumatic brain injury, and working with older adults.
Her approach combines smart, person-centred goal setting with specialist assessment and hands-on rehabilitation. In 1996, Lorna became a specialist in community rehabilitation as part of a national early-supported discharge pilot. Her involvement in the Rapid Response Falls Prevention Service further sharpened her ability to support patients with complex needs in the community.
