At Louise Lalley Counselling, I provide a warm, confidential, and supportive space for individuals, couples, and families across Walsall, Willenhall, and the wider West Midlands. Life can often feel overwhelming—whether you’re facing anxiety, low mood, stress, or emotional challenges in relationships. As a qualified and experienced therapist, I’m here to help you explore these feelings and move towards greater clarity and wellbeing.
Counselling offers the time and space to talk openly without fear of judgement. Whether you’re dealing with recent difficulties or long-standing issues, therapy can help you better understand your thoughts and emotions. My approach is grounded in empathy, honesty, and a belief in your ability to grow and change. If you’re based in Walsall, Willenhall, Wolverhampton, or would prefer remote sessions, I offer flexible options to suit your needs.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), committed to ethical and professional practice. If you’re ready to take the first step or simply want to learn more, please get in touch.
I offer in-person therapy sessions at private, quiet therapy rooms in both Walsall and Willenhall. These are ideal for clients looking for face-to-face support in a calm, welcoming environment. Sessions are available from £50.
For those unable to attend in person, I offer counselling via Zoom video calls or over the phone. These flexible options allow you to access therapy from the comfort of your own home, whether you’re based locally or further afield.
I work with people of all ages, supporting individuals as well as couples and families. Whatever your personal circumstances, therapy can help you develop healthier relationships, understand unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful change.
My core therapeutic approach is person-centred, which means I tailor sessions around your unique needs and goals. I also integrate elements of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), offering practical tools for dealing with anxiety, negative thinking, and emotional distress.
I support clients dealing with:
Anxiety and panic
Depression and low self-esteem
Stress and emotional overwhelm
Relationship difficulties
Family issues
Bereavement or loss
Life transitions and personal growth
I understand that reaching out for counselling can feel daunting. My aim is to make the process as straightforward and supportive as possible. During our initial contact, we’ll discuss what you’re looking for and whether therapy with me is the right fit. If so, we can then arrange an appointment at a time that suits you.
You’re welcome to contact me directly on 07824 385338, or by email at enquiries@louiselalleycounselling.com. Alternatively, you can fill in the form on the Contact Me page of my website.
Whether you’re struggling with daily challenges or deeper emotional pain, you don’t have to go through it alone. Counselling can help you move forward, one step at a time. I look forward to hearing from you.
