Lucy Zurich, a dual-qualified EMDR Therapist and Occupational Therapist, provides highly personalised support for trauma, chronic pain, and a range of psychological challenges in both adults and young people.
Lucy Zurich brings over eight years of specialised experience in trauma-informed care and pain management. With a BSc in Psychology (Hons) and an MSc in Occupational Therapy, she blends deep academic knowledge with real-world clinical practice. She is fully qualified in EMDR therapy, having completed Levels 1 through 3, and has a year’s experience delivering this therapy to children and adolescents.
Currently, Lucy works in the NHS Pain Management Service and also runs a private therapy practice. Her focus lies in helping clients manage chronic pain and recover from trauma using an integrative and tailored approach.

Before becoming a therapist, Lucy spent more than 10 years in education, mentoring, and program development. Her leadership and advocacy for others enrich her therapeutic practice today.
