Marrissa Dynowski Integrative Psychotherapist Bristol offers over 10 years of dedicated experience in mental health therapy. From the start, Marrissa built a counselling service within her local community. Additionally, she participated in a pilot scheme promoting therapeutic services in primary schools. For six years, Marrissa worked as a telephone counsellor while managing her own private practice.
Her commitment lies in addressing the root causes of mental health challenges. By identifying barriers, she helps clients unlock their full potential and embrace positive change.
Marrissa specialises in treating various mental health conditions. She provides compassionate care by exploring underlying issues that affect your wellbeing. Her approach combines different theories and techniques, such as person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamics. This blend allows Marrissa to tailor each session to fit your unique needs, whether solution-focused or more explorative.
Moreover, Marrissa is committed to creating a safe, authentic, and non-judgmental environment. This supportive space encourages trust and openness, crucial for personal growth and self-awareness.
Since joining Priory in February 2020, Marrissa has worked as an integrative psychotherapist at Bristol Park Clinic. She graduated in 2014 with a Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
