At the Menopause CBT Clinic, we provide a safe, understanding environment for women. Whether in person or online, we offer tailored support to help women overcome feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, and burnout.

Services

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Menopause

CBT helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns. At our clinic, we focus on menopause-specific challenges. Women can address anxiety, mood swings, sleep issues, and other emotional struggles that often arise during this time.

One-on-One Counselling Sessions

Our counselling services focus on emotional support for women during menopause. These sessions provide a safe space to explore feelings and work through the mental health challenges of this transitional period.

Lifestyle Medicine Support

Simona is a certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional. She incorporates lifestyle changes, such as stress management and sleep improvement, into therapy to help women manage symptoms effectively.

Training for Healthcare Professionals

We also offer training for healthcare professionals. This training helps them understand the psychological impacts of menopause and improves their ability to support female patients through this stage of life.

Additional Information

Simona holds registrations with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), British Psychological Society (BPS), and British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). She is committed to improving mental health care for women experiencing menopause.

In addition to her clinical work, Simona has held senior NHS roles. She has helped manage Primary Care psychological therapy services and Psychological Wellbeing services for NHS staff.
