Natalie Clarke CBT Therapist Kent offers tailored support for individuals seeking to understand their emotional struggles. She works from a place of compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based practice. Her goal is to help clients find clarity and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
Natalie uses a collaborative, empowering approach. She works with each person to uncover what lies beneath their emotional pain. Then, she introduces tools and techniques to shift both thought and behavior. As a result, many clients experience improved mood and a greater sense of control.
Natalie uses cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), and mindfulness practices. These methods support clients with a range of issues, including:
Trauma
Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)
Depression and low mood
