Natasha Maher Integrative Therapist Bristol brings over a decade of rich therapeutic experience. She is a UKCP-accredited integrative therapist, supervisor, couples counsellor, group facilitator, and counselling tutor. Her work spans a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns. However, she mainly focuses on trauma, addiction, and relationship difficulties.
She helps clients explore how past experiences shape current behaviours. This understanding often reveals how early wounds impact how we connect with others today. Because of her integrative approach, therapy with Natasha is dynamic, personal, and deeply rooted in connection.
Natasha offers a gently challenging approach. She encourages clients to turn toward the parts of themselves they might rather ignore. Through compassion and curiosity, these parts become the starting points for deep healing. Her clients often discover powerful insights when they stop avoiding pain and begin exploring it with support.
This approach helps people build resilience and reclaim control over their emotional landscape. Therefore, transformation becomes not only possible—it becomes sustainable.
Natasha Maher Integrative Therapist Bristol received her training at the Bath Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BCPC). In addition to clinical practice, she has led supervision groups of varying sizes for several years.
Her qualifications include a Certificate in Supervision (CSTD Bath), Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling, and a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling. Furthermore, she is a qualified Level 3 Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner.
IFS is central to Natasha’s work. This powerful model explores internal systems of “parts” that live within each of us. These parts often carry conflicting motivations, leading to inner turmoil. With guidance, clients build a stronger self-to-self connection.
She integrates IFS with psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, shadow work, neuroscience, and humanistic practices. These tools, when blended, help people make meaning of their experiences. Through this, Natasha supports deeper self-awareness and emotional balance.
At the Priory, Natasha leads inpatient psychotherapy groups. She also offers individual therapy sessions—both face-to-face and online—for inpatients and outpatients. This flexibility makes her services accessible to a wide range of individuals.
Her therapeutic work covers a range of mental health concerns, including:
Anxiety
PTSD
Depression
Addiction
Personality disorders
