About Us

At Neethling, Strauss and Arpesella Physiotherapy, we have been serving the Parklands and Sunningdale communities with high-quality physiotherapy services since 2002. Our practice was founded by Isabeau Neethling, Adele Strauss, and Nicky Arpesella with a vision to provide comprehensive, accessible care to individuals of all ages. Our focus is on offering personalised treatment plans that are specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Originally beginning as an outpatient service, our practice expanded rapidly as demand for our expertise grew. In 2007, the opening of Blaauwberg Netcare Hospital marked a significant turning point. We extended our services to include inpatient care and established a satellite office within the hospital, while continuing to provide outpatient care in Parklands. Today, we operate with a dedicated team of five skilled physiotherapists and offer care 365 days a year.

We treat private patients, Medical Aid members, and those affected by injuries related to the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act. With a commitment to compassion and professionalism, our goal is to provide the highest level of care for our community.
