Neil Macaulay Therapist Glasgow brings over two decades of therapeutic experience to his clients. Currently working part-time at Priory Glasgow, Neil provides both individual and group therapy services. He supports patients struggling with a wide range of issues, including addiction and eating disorders. Neil works with both inpatients and outpatients, ensuring tailored care for every client.
Neil has dedicated over 20 years to the field of addiction. For the past five years, he has contributed his expertise at Priory Glasgow. He is a valuable member of both the Addictions and Eating Disorder teams. His work includes facilitating group therapy sessions and offering one-on-one counselling.
In addition to his clinical practice, Neil collaborates with Glasgow Council on Alcohol. Here, he serves as a trainer, delivering counselling courses that cover both general practices and specific addictions. Moreover, Neil offers clinical supervision for other therapists, helping them grow and refine their approach.
Neil’s approach to therapy is integrative. While he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT and Group Work, he also draws on numerous CPD courses. This wide-ranging education allows him to adapt his methods to suit each individual client. His background in theology and pastoral care deepens his compassionate, client-centred approach.
