Welcome to North Glasgow Psychology Practice. My name is Dr Jan Ferris, and I am a Clinical Psychologist. I know that reaching out for help can be difficult, especially when distressing feelings take over. It takes courage to ask for support, and I am here to guide you through this process.
I provide therapeutic assessments and treatment for adults aged 16 and older facing a variety of psychological challenges. Together, we work to identify the changes that will reduce distress and improve wellbeing. My approach is client-centred and compassionate, ensuring that therapy is tailored to your individual needs and goals. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and emotions.
