Petro Vorster and Partners Inc. has served the Table View and Milnerton communities since 1986. Initially, Petro Vorster founded the practice in the Medi Centre, Blaauwberg Road. In 2015, we moved to the Baymed Centre, which allowed us to expand our reach. The practice also extended to the Milnerton Medi Clinic in 1994, and in 1999, we opened another set of rooms at Annex 116, Milnerton Medi Clinic.
In 2018, after Petro Vorster’s retirement, Anja Heyns and Nic Visser took over the management of the practice. Since then, they have continued to offer high-quality physiotherapy services. In 2013, the practice became a company, now trading as Petro Vorster and Partners Incorporated.
We are committed to providing the best evidence-based care to our patients. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures that patients receive comprehensive care. We work closely with doctors and allied health professionals to achieve the best outcomes.
We offer a range of physiotherapy services across several locations: Milnerton Medi-Clinic, Spescare Blouberg, and our out-patient rooms in Blouberg and Table View. Our physiotherapists are skilled in many techniques to treat a wide variety of conditions. These services are all tailored to suit each patient’s individual needs.
Spinal mobilisation is a manual therapy technique that treats spinal pain and stiffness. It helps improve movement, relieve pain, and reduce muscle tension. This therapy is effective for conditions such as back and neck pain, poor posture, and limited mobility.
Our rehabilitation programmes are customised for your specific injury or condition. Whether recovering from surgery or managing a chronic illness, we help restore strength, function, and mobility. Our physiotherapists work with you to create a recovery plan suited to your goals.
Ultrasound therapy uses sound waves to speed up healing. It is effective for soft tissue injuries and inflammation. The treatment increases blood flow, which helps manage pain and accelerates the healing process.
We use strapping to support injured joints or muscles. It helps prevent further injury and reduces pain. Strapping also provides stability and promotes healing, particularly for sports injuries or post-surgery recovery.
Neuro-developmental therapy helps patients with neurological conditions. It improves motor control, coordination, and movement patterns. This therapy is ideal for patients recovering from a stroke, cerebral palsy, or other neurological conditions.
Treatment Approach: Our team takes a holistic approach to physiotherapy. We ensure each treatment is personalised to suit your needs. We stay updated with the latest research to provide the best care.
