Mr Philip Severn is Consultant Ophthalmologist and Clinical Partner at Newmedica Middlesbrough, where he specialises in medical retina and general ophthalmology. He earned a BSc (Hons) in Physiology and MBChB from the University of Dundee, then completed ophthalmology training in the Northern Deanery.
