Our Founder and Director, Kathryn Chigwidden, combines extensive clinical experience with a passion for sports and athletic performance. Having served as head physiotherapist for the Adelaide Thunderbirds for eight years, Kath brings expertise in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, backed by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy and a Masters in Manipulative Physiotherapy. She developed our signature 30-minute treatment sessions, ensuring efficient, effective care.

Co-Director Kevin Whitford, along with CEO Nick Chigwidden and Director Robert Bowden, complement Kath’s vision. Nick’s strategic business skills and community involvement, alongside Robert’s dedication to workplace culture and innovation, have helped PhysioXtra grow rapidly and maintain its leadership in physiotherapy services.
