Kathryn Chigwidden, Founder and Director, brings more than 30 years of experience in sports and manipulative physiotherapy. Her work with the Adelaide Thunderbirds and extensive education, including postgraduate study in Pilates rehabilitation, has shaped our evidence-based approach.

Nick Chigwidden, CEO, is the engine behind PhysioXtra’s growth and innovation. With a background in business and deep ties to community organisations, he has helped transform the clinics into hubs of excellence.

Robert Bowden, Director, is a long-time PhysioXtra clinician with a forward-thinking mindset. He’s played a key role in developing our aged care and disability support services, bringing leadership and heart to every aspect of care.
