About Us
Psychology Brighton Ltd is a specialist psychological service based in Brighton & Hove, offering professional mental health support across a wide spectrum of needs. Established in 2019, we are led by Dr Anna Chiara Sicilia, a BPS Chartered Psychologist and Director of the clinic. With a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, alongside BSc and MSc qualifications, Dr Sicilia brings both academic excellence and hands-on experience to the forefront of psychological care.
We provide bespoke counselling, psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and mental health risk management services. While we are based at the centrally located Brighthelm Centre, just a short walk from Brighton Railway Station, we also offer therapy and consultation remotely via a secure online platform. This allows flexibility and confidentiality for clients, whether they’re individuals, couples, or professionals in demanding media environments.
