Relationship Counselling Kent – Rebuilding Connections with Care

About

At Relationship Counselling Kent, we understand that even the strongest relationships can experience difficulties. Whether you’re dealing with communication breakdowns, trust issues, emotional distance or frequent conflict, our highly experienced therapists are here to support you through it. With counselling practices located throughout Kent – including Canterbury, Ashford, Maidstone, Whitstable, Folkestone and many more – we are one of the county’s largest and most trusted independent providers of relationship therapy.

Founded by Sian Jones, our service is built on compassion, discretion and professionalism. Sian and her team recognise that seeking relationship counselling can feel overwhelming at first, but our warm, non-judgemental approach ensures you’re not alone. Our counsellors offer confidential sessions in a calm, supportive environment, helping you and your partner navigate challenges and move towards the outcomes you choose.

Whether you’re hoping to repair, strengthen or end your relationship more peacefully, our qualified professionals provide thoughtful, structured guidance tailored to your unique situation.

Services

We offer counselling for every kind of relationship. Whether you are married, dating, separated, co-parenting, or in a same-sex relationship, you are welcome here. We also provide individual therapy for people wishing to explore relationship concerns on their own.

Our most common areas of support include:

  • Infidelity and broken trust

  • Repeating arguments and unresolved conflict

  • Communication problems

  • Emotional distance and intimacy issues

  • Jealousy, control and suspicion

  • Break-ups, separation and divorce support

  • Feeling ‘stuck’ or disconnected

  • Major life changes affecting the relationship

We provide both in-person counselling at various locations across Kent, and online sessions via Zoom. Appointments are available seven days a week from 8.00am to 8.00pm, and emergency sessions can be arranged where needed. You can book directly through our easy-to-use online system and receive instant confirmation.

Our approach is collaborative and client-centred. Our counsellors don’t take sides or assign blame. Instead, we help you both speak honestly, listen fully and uncover the deeper dynamics that may be shaping your relationship patterns.
