Ria Sandenbergh Physiotherapists – Centurion

About Us

Ria Sandenbergh Physiotherapists is dedicated to rehabilitation and education with a focus on delivering effective care to help patients recover and maintain long-term health. The practice’s motto, Treat | Prevent | Educate, captures the essence of our approach.

Ria Sandenbergh, the owner and lead physiotherapist, qualified as a physiotherapist from the University of Pretoria in 2001, and completed her Masters Degree in Sport Medicine in 2004. She is highly skilled in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and has completed additional training in chronic pain management, dynamic and kinesiotaping, as well as dry needling.

Before opening her practice, Ria gained extensive experience working in out-patient and hospital practices and spent 13 years working with school sports teams. Now, as a mother of three daughters, she prefers spending more time with her family while continuing to offer quality physiotherapy services.

Ria’s passion for physiotherapy stems from her own experience with sport injuries and her desire to help others overcome pain and return to an active life.
