About Us

Welcome to Rooms for Therapists in Brighton – a place where the therapy community comes together. Established with the intention of supporting professionals in delivering outstanding therapeutic care, we provide beautifully designed therapy spaces alongside flexible, hassle-free booking. Whether you’re a seasoned psychotherapist or just starting your practice, we’re here to support your journey.

Our beginnings were humble. In 2016, we opened our first two rooms on the third floor of a language school in Hove. What started as a response to the difficulty therapists faced in finding flexible, high-quality rooms has grown into something much greater. Today, we’re proud to offer 81 rooms across 11 locations, supporting a community of over 600 therapists.

We believe that good therapy starts with the right environment. That’s why each of our spaces has been carefully crafted to provide a calming, professional setting. Our vision? That one day, all therapy rooms will be both beautiful and adaptable—tailored not just to client needs, but to therapists’ working styles too.
