In the spirit of reconciliation, we acknowledge that we are situated on unceded Mi’kmaq territory. Epekwitk (Prince Edward Island), Mi’kma’ki, is part of the historic Treaties of Peace and Friendship. We pay respect to the Indigenous Mi’kmaq People who have inhabited this land for over 12,000 years. Their presence continues to shape the island today, and we honour their contributions.
At Sarah Carr Psychological Services, we embrace diversity and uphold human rights. We recognise that every client presents with a unique identity, shaped by factors such as ancestry, family status, disabilities, socioeconomic background, and gender identity. We ensure that our approach is sensitive to these factors, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
