Sarah Jane Sellors Integrative Art therapist Sussex brings together creativity, emotional depth, and therapeutic insight to support clients on their path to healing. She offers a collaborative and imaginative approach, grounded in integrative arts psychotherapy. With a commitment to meaningful connection, she creates a safe and vibrant space where individuals explore their inner world using various art forms.
Her method includes the use of sand play, clay, music, poetry, postcards, and guided imagery. These creative tools often unlock expression beyond words. They empower individuals to confront emotional challenges, process trauma, and embrace personal growth.
Sarah Jane works actively with each client, tailoring the experience to their unique needs. Her goal is always clear: to deepen self-awareness and foster sustainable wellbeing. This dynamic approach ensures therapy remains engaging, relational, and rooted in the present.
