Sarah Mafodda is an experienced Exercise Physiologist and energetic Group Instructor with over eight years in the fitness industry. Her passion for helping others move well and feel good has shaped her career from the beginning. While completing her university studies, Sarah undertook her placement at Ivoryrose, where she immediately felt a connection to the clinic’s warm, inclusive environment. Since that day, she has become a valued part of the team, bringing positivity and purpose to every class she leads.
Sarah believes movement should be enjoyable, effective, and sustainable. Her classes are upbeat and engaging, often filled with laughter—even when muscles are burning. Whether working with beginners or experienced clients, she makes sure each person feels supported, motivated, and capable of achieving their goals.
Outside of the studio, Sarah’s own love for strength training shines through. She has competed in powerlifting competitions and continues to champion the benefits of resistance training, especially for women. Her personal experience gives her a deep appreciation for the transformative impact of strength, both physically and mentally.
