Sarah Murphy holds a Master of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University, following a Bachelor of Health Science with a major in human anatomy and physiology. She combines her deep scientific knowledge with practical skills to deliver effective rehabilitation and performance improvement.
Currently, Sarah serves as the Head Physiotherapist for the Geelong VFLW and the AFLW Rehab Physiotherapist. She has previously worked with the Melbourne Demons AFLW and VFLW teams, and in a busy private clinic in Melbourne’s CBD. These roles have given her valuable experience treating elite athletes and developing tailored rehabilitation programmes.
Sarah has completed several post-graduate courses, focusing on sports injury rehabilitation, runner assessment and treatment, and the management of pre- and post-partum clients. She is also an APPI qualified Pilates instructor and offers pre-pointe assessments for dancers.
Sarah provides a comprehensive range of physiotherapy services, particularly excelling in sports and running injuries. Her approach is both evidence-based and personalised.
