About Me

I am a registered Educational Psychologist practising in Somerset West, Western Cape, and I specialise in supporting young people, particularly teenagers, through the various emotional, academic, and behavioural challenges they face. My journey began in education, having worked at Constantia School for Girls, Hottentots-Holland High School, and Parel Vallei High School as both a teacher and school counsellor. With a passion for Psychology and human behaviour, I qualified as a psychologist in 2007 and further expanded my expertise by becoming an addiction counsellor in 2013.

I take a deeply personal approach to my work, as a mother to two teenagers, understanding the unique journey of parenting and guiding young people through their development.
