About Us

Christopher Rorke Speech Therapists is a trusted practice in Cape Town, providing expert care in speech, language, and hearing therapy. Our team works with both paediatric and adult patients, offering tailored interventions for speech delays, stuttering, voice disorders, dysphagia, and neurological communication disorders.

Our practice is led by Christopher Rorke, a qualified Speech-Language & Hearing Therapist (B.Speech-Language and Hearing, Stellenbosch University) with extensive experience in both public and private healthcare settings. Since establishing his private practice in 2017, Christopher has worked with children in schools, provided acute care in hospitals, and conducted home-based therapy. He is also a VitalStim® trained therapist, specialising in Neuro-Muscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) for Dysphagia.

Mia Jajbhay, also a Speech and Language Therapist (B.Speech-Language and Hearing Therapy, Stellenbosch University), brings a passion for paediatric speech and literacy development. She has worked in both private and government schools and is a clinical supervisor for Stellenbosch University speech therapy students.

Together, our team is committed to helping patients improve their communication skills and regain confidence in their speech.
