Suzi Poole Integrative Therapist Manchester offers compassionate, results-focused therapy designed to support mental health and emotional wellbeing. She works to build a warm, trusting, and therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe to explore life’s most difficult challenges. Through a collaborative and goal-oriented approach, she helps people move forward toward healing, growth, and long-term wellbeing.
Suzi draws from multiple evidence-based modalities, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs. Her integrative approach blends tools from humanistic, existential, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, EMDR, and solution-focused methods. This variety ensures that clients receive personalised care that works with, not against, their experiences and goals.
With over 12 years in private practice, Suzi also brings experience from 10 years as a university psychotherapist and from her time working with women affected by trafficking. Her work spans across different environments, all focused on improving mental health and emotional resilience.
For the past three years, Suzi has worked as a remote therapist with the Priory Wellbeing Centre Manchester. Here, she continues to support individuals struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), self-harm, and bereavement.
This setting allows Suzi to maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients while offering flexibility and consistency in care. Her ability to adapt to the needs of her clients sets her apart.
Before becoming a therapist, Suzi worked and lived abroad in the business world. These international experiences shaped her worldview and deepened her understanding of diverse life paths. As a result, she brings empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a deep respect for every individual’s story to the therapy space.
Her core belief is simple: therapy is a human-to-human connection. That belief informs every session and helps clients feel seen, heard, and understood.
Suzi holds a wide range of qualifications, including:
FDA in Integrative Counselling from Greenwich University
BACP Accreditation
EMDR (Level 3) Certification
Training in couples counselling, hypnotherapy, CBT, mindfulness, and supervision
