The Centre for Play & Innovation is a dynamic organisation dedicated to harnessing the creative and healing powers of play to help individuals and groups unlock their true potential. Founded with a passion for development within South Africa, the centre strives to foster creative, innovative, and out-of-the-box thinking, which in turn promotes individual and systemic growth and empowerment. The Centre works with people of all ages, from pre-teens and teenagers to corporate groups, offering both developmental and therapeutic services. The Centre also provides support to individuals, couples, and families facing various life challenges to help them maximise their strengths and achieve their goals.

- Mindfulness Training: Specialised in mood disorders and stress management, mindfulness is also taught to children and parents to enhance behavioural regulation and connection.
Additional Information
The Centre for Play & Innovation is led by a team of experienced professionals:
- Leché Kapp is the Managing Partner and a Counselling Psychologist with over 15 years of experience. She specialises in mindfulness and its application to mood disorders and stress, as well as neuropsychological assessments and EMDR therapy.
- Stephanie Greenland is a Registered Psychometrist who collaborates with psychologists to provide comprehensive assessments, making the process more affordable and accessible.
- Maree Watkins is a Counselling Psychologist with over 20 years of experience. She specialises in working with children, adolescents, and couples, integrating her creative skills with her extensive knowledge in psychology, teaching, and parenting. Maree is also the author of The 1st Family Feelings Guide and the creator of the Feelings Clock.
