Uplands Rehabilitation Centre (URC), located in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, has over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality physical and cognitive rehabilitation therapy. The centre provides a unique and innovative 17-bed service focused on short-stay, therapy-led, intensive rehabilitation. Their aim is to help individuals regain independence and improve wellbeing following illness or injury.

At URC, the team understands that recovery involves more than just restoring physical function.
