Vanessa Farrell CBT Therapist London brings an enthusiastic, down-to-earth, and genuinely positive approach to mental health care. From the start, Vanessa engages passionately with every client. Vanessa started her work in mental health in 2006. Over the years, she has helped many individuals reclaim their strength and confidence. Vanessa’s training is both comprehensive and specialized. Her academic foundation includes psychodynamic counselling and person-centred counselling. Later, she advanced her skills with post-graduate training in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) from Leicester University.
Additionally, she holds certification in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) from the EMDR Academy. This broad training allows her to tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs. Therefore, whether clients are facing deep trauma or daily stress, she adapts accordingly.
Vanessa is proud of her strong academic background. She holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in CBT from Leicester University.
