During her time in Cardiff, she worked with several sports teams, including Cardiff Blues, Cardiff University Rugby Club, and the England Juniors Lacrosse teams. Through these experiences, she gained invaluable skills in managing both acute and long-term sports injuries. As a result, she built a strong foundation for her specialization in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
In 2017, Victoria Withers moved to London and began working at Kings College Hospital. At the same time, she also started working in private practice. Here, she gained exposure to a variety of specialties. These included Trauma and Orthopaedics, Intensive Care, specialist Liver wards, Haematology, and Musculoskeletal Outpatients. Ultimately, she chose to specialize in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in the outpatient setting. Victoria thrived in providing individualized treatment sessions, running rehabilitation classes, and collaborating with general practice teams.
Victoria worked closely with Orthopaedic surgeons at the Virtual Fracture Clinic, refining her skills in managing acute injuries. By combining her expertise in manual therapy, massage, trigger point release, and exercise prescription, she developed a holistic treatment approach. As a result, she helps her patients reach their rehabilitation goals with personalized care. Her focus is always on empowering each patient, ensuring they feel supported throughout their recovery.
In 2015, Victoria Withers faced her own personal injury.
