Welcome to our specialist physiotherapy clinic in Chichester, West Sussex. Led by Mark Jones MSc, MCSP, HCPC, we provide expert treatment for musculoskeletal complaints. Mark has over 30 years of experience and is highly regarded within the local healthcare community. He frequently collaborates with GPs and specialists at renowned musculoskeletal clinics.

Mark specialises in injection therapies and is one of the UK’s first physiotherapists to register as an independent prescriber. This allows him to offer advanced treatment options, such as corticosteroid and hyaluronic acid injections. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality care in a calming, therapeutic environment. Our clinic is located at 9 Wellington Road, Chichester, in a purpose-built space designed for patient comfort.

Alongside Mark is Grainne Jones BSc, MCSP, HCPC, a highly skilled physiotherapist who has worked at St Richard’s Hospital since 2007. Recently, Grainne became a qualified Pilates instructor, integrating these techniques into rehabilitation. She also provides home visits for patients who are unable to attend the clinic.

Pilates

Epley Manoeuvres
We also offer the Epley manoeuvre, a specialised technique for treating vertigo caused by benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). This technique helps reposition crystals in the inner ear to alleviate dizziness.

Home Visits
For those unable to attend the clinic, we offer home visits. Grainne can visit you at home, ensuring you receive the care you need in a familiar environment.
