About

Will Jones Counselling and Psychotherapy is a compassionate and client-focused service based in Leeds City Centre. Will, the founder, is an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist who offers in-person, online, and telephone sessions tailored specifically to adults. With over five years of private practice experience, Will provides support for a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

Will’s approach is integrative, meaning he combines various therapeutic methods to suit the unique needs of each client. He believes every person is different, so the counselling process should be personalised. Whether you want to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace or seek practical tools to change unhelpful patterns, Will adapts his techniques to fit your goals. Importantly, he does not give instructions or advice but helps you find your own solutions and decisions.

Will holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Leeds Beckett University, alongside CPCAB certificates in Counselling Skills and Counselling Studies. He has also completed specialised training in areas such as domestic abuse, suicide bereavement, neurodivergence, grief, trauma, shame, and LGBTQ+ issues. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), Will follows their ethical guidelines, ensuring safe, confidential, and professional care.
