Meet Natasha Sauerman
Natasha Sauerman graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2005. She is a dedicated and passionate physiotherapist with over a decade of experience in various fields, including paediatrics, orthopaedics, post-operative rehabilitation, and respiratory therapy.

Her career began in 2006 with community service at Carolina Hospital in Mpumalanga, where she was the first physiotherapist to work at the hospital. During this time, she treated patients under challenging conditions, often working in shared spaces with occupational therapists. She played a key role in establishing a kangaroo mother care section for premature babies and provided essential physiotherapy services through home visits and community-based exercise groups.

Following her community service, Natasha gained private sector experience at Union, Clinton, and Mulbarton hospitals, specialising in paediatrics, rehabilitation, orthopaedics, and medical and surgical physiotherapy. Between 2008 and 2011, she expanded her expertise while working in Pretoria, focusing on ICU care, orthopaedics, medical and surgical rehabilitation, and home-based physiotherapy.

In 2011, Natasha returned to Alberton, where she worked as a locum physiotherapist across multiple hospital departments, treating maternity, paediatric, gynaecological, surgical, and post-discharge patients. After years of gaining invaluable experience, she felt ready to open her own practice.

In 2012, she established her private practice at 63 Clinton Road, New Redruth, Alberton. Since then, she has specialised in paediatric respiratory therapy, back and neck physiotherapy, and pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. Always striving for growth, Natasha remains dedicated to expanding her skills and services to offer the best possible care to her patients.

Anna-Loyce Mlizane
Anna-Loyce Mlizane joined the practice after graduating from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2017. She completed her community service at South Rand Hospital, a specialist adult rehabilitation centre.

Her work involved treating adult neurological and musculoskeletal conditions (NMS), paediatric patients, and general ward cases. She has a deep passion for working with children and has developed a special interest in neurodevelopmental paediatric physiotherapy, making her an invaluable part of our team.
